Every minute on the Thai pads = $1 raised for men’s health.

We’re fighting for the 60 men lost every hour to suicide and preventable health issues. 💙

Each participant will complete 3 rounds of 3 minutes, with 1-minute breaks in between — 11 minutes total to symbolize the daily fight many face in silence.

After your rounds, you can volunteer to hold pads and have the chance to dedicate your rounds to

Cookie is a standout Thai fighter and Coach from Phuket, Thailand, known for his slick combinations, sharp technique, and creative fight IQ. Kru Christian had the privilege of training with him at his gym in Phuket, and now YOU get that same world-class knowledge without leaving Guelph.

Born in war-torn Bosnia and forged by adversity, Denis turned life’s toughest battles into greatness, he’s battled legends and built a legacy.

🔥 Denis is set to face Japanese kickboxing legend Takeru “Natural Born Crusher” Segawa at ONE 173 in Tokyo, Nov 16. Takeru is a 3-division K-1 champ, fireworks guaranteed!!!
